Excellent service by very friendly, personable staff who were more than happy to take time to help me choose my frames. My new glasses are great and arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend Newbold's.

I have been going to Newbold's since childhood, and now I take my own daughter there too. The service is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and helpful. In an emergency Mr Viggars saw me straight away and promptly referred me for specialist treatment. I tried a high street chain once but the service was very poor in comparison. I cannot fault the service from Newbold's and highly recommend them.
Excellent opticians! I've been having my eyes tested here since I was a child and have always had a superb service, I now travel from my home 2 hours away to still get my eyes tested here!!
We found the service here great. The optician was happy to take the time to make sure my contact lenses were right for me, going through all the options, and to show me how to put them in and take them out myself. Would definitely recommend
