So impressed with all the staff and doctor at the surgery today. Especially Sister Bridget and Dr Richards and the other lovely nurse who carried out my ECG. Refered to Telford Hospital and all sorted within a few hours. A massive thank you yo you all.
Always give amazing treatment from receptions to nurses to doctors- cannot fault the treatment I receive, which when you are chronically ill makes all the difference!
Absolutely disgusted by the way my husband was treated. Appointment was booked for 12.10 with Dr Coleman. We waited until 12.40 and asked if another doctor was available. We were told by a rather uninterested receptionist all the doctors were busy. Finally after 50 minutes of waiting we went back to say we would have to cancel the appointment as I then had a dentist appointment. The receptionist then decides to share the fact Dr Coleman has a tendency to run over a little-50 minutes and he still wasn't ready to see him! Then offered an afternoon appointment with the same doctor! No offer of an apology for wasting our time just complete and utter dismissiveness. Outrageous to say the least.
Maternity dept is amazing. Staff are lovely and so helpful.
