Poor Service-I had my car booked in for a service for 10.30am so dropped the keys off to collect in a few hours as I was taking my mother shopping in the area. Phoned up at 1pm to see if my car was ready to be told I will check and phone you straight back! 20 minutes later no phone call so phoned back to be told my car hasn't been touched and had been missed. I then went to collect the keys to be told they had staff off with illness! It would have been nice to have been told when I dropped my car off they were short staffed or a phone call this morning to say there may be a delay.I just think this is terrible customer service.Having trusted this garage purchasing my vehicle 3 years ago from here I will never trust them again and will not recommend them or return.
