I've ordered from Pell Wall multiple times now and find their products to be of a high standard, to top it off, Chris has given me advice on several occasions with regards to ingredients that suit my needs. My only qualm is the delivery charge, which TBH is so the parcel gets to the customer in one piece. Besides that, 5 stars for fantastic products and service.

The products are truly amazing, I always struggled to find fragrances that last all day and usually end up loosing the scent within 2 hours. Pell wall products are truly excellent with two of my favourites being fruitwood and Persian prince, the smells last well in to the day and I have gotten many compliments while wearing these products. Amazing products and excellent customer service. Polite and professional, I've only had to contact them twice, both times the response was quick and always informative. Packaging, The packaging is incredibly decent with foam padding used in excess to stop the boxes and bottles moving around. I have had 5 or 6 deliveries from here some large orders and some small orders and I have never received anything damaged or with any issue and I am confident if I ever was to, pellwall would sort it.Truly an amazing company that deserves many customers, I look forward to purchasing again from here.Thank you for the great products.
Having challenged the owner on poor packaging and a standard delivery charge of 12.50 even on a 5ml bottle of oil I was barred from ever shopping on the site again. Having paid this high delivery charge items were not even bubble wrapped for protection. The owner replied to my email with "one of many delights of being the owner of the business is that I dont have to deal with anyone I dont want to. Further orders from you will not be accepted." They have the monopoly on fantastic products but a terrible website interface and an unusual grasp of customer service.I would also like to add that my barring from Pell Wall just made me realise I can order from the USA from human beings who know how to treat customers without throwing a tantrum. Aside from this the delivery from the USA is reliably 24 hours and cheaper than Pell Wall including customs.And yes the delivery charge was refunded. Thanks for having the most basic of customer service ability in doing that. (The guy thinks he was doing me a favour).
