Great service everytime.
Had a quote of 140 for a repair along with a 45 mot and was advised that there was a fuel leak which has been a bit of an historic problem and is caused by the fuel return pipes It's usually cured with a well placed cable tie! On collection I was a little shocked to see my bill had risen to 292.96........ Oh well, at least the vans sorted I thought, just take it on the chin (someones gotta pay for this nice new building) Next time I go out in the vehicle, fuel is leaking everywhere! A little annoyed I call the garage and at the same time I think I should point out my annoyance in respect of the inflated bill. I am then told that they looked for a leak and couldn't find it. And the reason for the increased bill is the extra time in freeing a nut off! Surely this is down to who is on the end of it trying to undo it! Would have been nice to be notified of these issues prior to putting an extra 100 on the bill.What is great about this is in one breath they fail the vehicle in part because it has a fuel leak and then pass it saying it doesn't have a fuel leak yet say they didn't do anything to fix it! They did charge me for looking for it though! All in all not a good experience and wont be going back there!
As a female I'm always a bit worried about garages but these guys are great no hidden extras get the job done would highly recommend best to prebook as always busy
